Sales and Marketing Support
As a reseller you will have access to our skilled sales team that will be on hand to handle any questions that your team or your customers may have. As with our Sales team you will have access to our trained Sales Engineers. Our Sales Engineers can give Web based demonstrations for your customers, or sales team, to help them understand the benefits of Coyote Point solutions.
Coyote Point Systems has a number of marketing programs in place to help our partners increase success through jointly developed marketing initiatives. The primary function of our Partner Marketing team is to work hand in hand with our partners and sales teams to help them drive new business, and grow existing businesses through our partnerships. This includes Coyote Point generated leads and MDF funds. These programs include marketing and branding kits to help our partners to create co-branded marketing materials, advertisements, and engage in shows and reseller-driven activities that can be paid in part by Coyote Point.
Not For Resale (NFR) Demonstration Units
To improve the close ratio in the local selling cycle, Coyote Point Reseller Partners can purchase Coyote Point solutions for local demonstration and evaluation programs. Resellers receive a fifty percent (50%) discount on the Coyote Point Equalizer and Envoy Global Load Balancing solutions. This also includes customer access to Coyote Point's Trial Evaluation Pools allowing resellers to involve our Sales team to supplement your sales activities including providing and managing evaluation units to support your larger customer sales opportunities.
Technical Support
Once the product is sold and installed, your guarantee will be backed up by our excellent customer support and technical support departments. Coyote Point Customers receive technical support directly from Coyote Point relieving you from using employee resources to support Coyote Point solutions you have deployed. You will receive direct technical support as a benefit of your Reseller relationship with Coyote Point.
Market Development & Co-operative (Co-op) Funds
Sales, and sales management, have to access the marketing plans, PR activities, campaign information, and show information and marketing team members.
Funds are accumulated by a percentage of sales. They are calculated quarterly and are available for Coyote Point approved marketing activities.
